SSI's Schedule Risk Analysis Tool is designed to help Microsoft Project users better understand and quantify schedule uncertainty, risks, and opportunities within their project schedules. The tool leverages existing schedule logic (predecessor/successor relationships), along with coded duration estimates and specific schedule risks and opportunities to perform Schedule Risk Assessments(SRAs) and Sensitivity Analyses.
