Setting Up a Project for Analyses
Both the Schedule Risk Assessment and Sensitivity Analysis require, at a minimum, the following to be done before analyses are be performed:

Key Events/Milestone which results will be calculated towards must be flagged “Yes” in a designated flag field

Best-Case and Worst-Case duration estimates must be entered in designated duration fields on tasks logically preceding flagged key events
