Multi-Project Tool Group

SSI's Multi-Project Tools are built to help users who currently or intend to work in a Multi-Project Environment. These tools give Microsoft Project users the ability to decompose a large, complex project into smaller, separate Subproject files without losing dependencies. These tools work using the Handoff or Giver/Receiver method, and are designed to be a substitute to Microsoft Project's built in Linked Subproject feature, which is known to cause many issues, the biggest of which being far increased probability of file corruption.

SSI Multi-Project Tools are useful for:
1. Decomposing a very large project into separate, stand-alone Subproject files.
2. Combining two or more project files into a larger Master Project Schedule.
3. Explicitly identifying dependencies between Subprojects using unique codes and flags.
4. Managing shared resources and Handoffs between Subprojects.
