Master Project Integrator

The role of a Master Project Integrator is to combine two or more Subprojects and link their Handoffs to form the Master Project.  Once a Master Project has been created and Handoffs have been linked, the Master Project has calculated the cumulative effect of Givers that drive Receivers.  The Master Project Integrator should be responsible for communicating synchronized dates to Subprojects. In addition, SSI recommends the Master Project Integrator be responsible for the following:
•     Setting up the Subproject and Master Project Shell files
•     Communicating with the Subproject Owners when and where they need to provide their current Subproject files for integration
•     Communicating any Handoff issues, such as potential circular relationships, to the Subproject Owners
•     Performing Master Project level analyses
•     Conducting and driving Master Project level meetings (Program Critical/Driving Path Review meetings, Program Headcount Review meetings, etc.)
