Make Activity Transaction File for use with Deltek Cobra™
· Activity CSV contains Schedule and other details about EV elements. Required and Recommended data includes:
o “CA1” is often equal to the Work Package Parent or Control Account
o “Work Package” is the EV element Work Package ID.
o “Baseline Start/Finish” is taken from Microsoft Project’s baseline data. EV elements must have a baseline
o “Fcst Start/Finish” (forecast Start/Finish) is taken from Microsoft Project’s current start and finish.
o “Id” is the EV element’s Unique ID used to match the Microsoft Project record to the record in Cobra. SSI recommends including this value in an activity transaction file.
The Tab named Setup Export Act controls which Microsoft Project text fields map to the Activity CSV file.
