The first page of the Change Importer Pane is the Introduction Page this just lets you know what the tool is designed to do and lets you know that you must first review and confirm the Change Importer Settings to begin importing changes.

Click this button to open the Change Importer Settings form. You cannot proceed importing changes without clicking on this button.
