What DECM Tests can be performed using the Schedule only?
Much of the criteria cannot be assessed using the schedule alone. Others only apply to projects required to comply with the EIA 748 standard. A smaller set of criteria represent good or "best" practices in a schedule even if it is not part of an Earned Value system.
