New Feature: Detection of ACWP records in same period
In prior versions, users had to delete ACWP records in the same reporting periods to avoid doubling of the cumulative ACWP values.
This version detects the existence of ACWP records for the active Program and Reporting Period. If found, the user is given the option to delete the existing records ACWP associated with the Program name and the Reporting Period Ending date.

Correction – Data type mismatch error using Cost resource type.
Detailed Explanation
In the prior version, a task with a Cost resource type would cause a Data type mismatch error if the user selected the option to Include Task Usage (Resource Assignments) since Assignment level work is null and the database is expecting a numeric value. Nulls are now replaced with zero for Assignment Work, Cost, Actual Work & Cost, Baseline Work & Cost, Remaining Work & Cost.
A chance in Version 13.4.9 (13.4.EVM04) did not handle all conditions intended for this correction. Handling of cost resources on completed tasks was not included in 13.4.9 and is now corrected with this version.
